God's Love In Action was established in 2010 after a friend spent some time on the streets. Several friends came together to make sandwiches and small lunch bags for the homeless in Oklahoma City. The project slowly grew over time as the need has grown. We now give out larger lunch bags, fresh McDonald's cheeseburgers, and hygiene bags. We also give out clothing and items needed for the current weather situation. The project has grown so much that it has left the back yard and has been adopted by the Nicoma Park Church of Christ in Oklahoma. We are seeking donations that will allow us to maintain this project throughout the year and years to come. Thank you for your support, and may you always have shelter.

MISSION STATEMENT: The purpose of God’s Love in Action Ministry is to assist with the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless and indigent. God’s Love in Action Ministry provides food, clothing, bedding and hygiene aid to the homeless and less fortunate and demonstrates through corporal works of mercy, God’s love and help to those in need.

Nicoma Park Church of Christ now generously provides their large van for our trips, allowing us to load enough supplies to assist 150-175 people each visit. Additionally, through the blessings of many friends and associates, we have received many donations of cash and items needed.

I am appealing to you for your financial support towards defraying these costs and helping this ministry to continue its work in the community. All donations are tax deductible and will be used 100% toward the purchase of distribution items.
